To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越瀧棧 (粉嶺)越瀧棧就在聯和墟遊樂場對面食物性價比高，泊車方便，所以一直都好旺場🌀 泰式煎藕餅煎蛋紅米飯 （$53）藕餅煎到金黃色賣相討好，趁熱食好香口仲食到蓮藕粒粒口感豐富值得一提係小店用咗紅米飯，更加健康配上煎蛋同蔥油撈飯，呢個組合無得輸🤟🏾🌀 酸辣無骨鳳爪 （$28）食越泰菜又點少得酸辣鳳爪呢佢地嘅無骨鳳爪盡吸醬汁嘅酸、辣味仲有大量香料起到提味作用，非常惹味🌀 三色冰好足料，配料佔咗1/3杯🥤整體口感濃厚但唔過甜啖啖都飲到香濃嘅椰香味
