To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

20170211-雞年正月十五日,海港門口依舊人山人海,1:30分取票,三人行,可選不搭枱的等位票,接近2:30分才可入座,等了約一小時。是日坐在近燒味部附近,海港並沒因外面天氣很冷而把空調關小,反而這個位置有點近風口位,空調直吹頭頂,幸好有穿著厚衣。新春有提供好彩頭菜式,名字有趣。三人點了,午市孖寶($158)和三款點心:干炒安格斯牛河--河粉炒得乾身,不會一口油膩,特別一提是牛肉,名字是安格斯牛河,上桌時我們特別留意牛肉跟一般干炒牛河的牛肉有沒有分別,這些牛肉切得薄薄的,特別好吃,不是粗製濫造貨色,值得一讚。上湯蝦球煎米粉--蝦球大大隻,爽口彈牙,鮮味十足,我們喜歡這樣的煎米粉,做法創新,也算清淡好吃。黑椒蒸金錢肚--份量足,金錢肚蒸得淋身,胡椒入味。鮮蝦腐皮卷--這個我就不太喜歡,以炸的形式,有點過火,鮮蝦份量不多,其中一件更是包得不好,好像只有半件,我還是喜歡用煎的形式做的腐皮卷,可惜現在已經買少見少了。黑松露野菌餃--點它是因為名字吸引,但入口又唔覺有黑松露味,反而菌味很濃,餃子油份不多,清淡健康,好吃的。埋單:$255,海港酒樓是我住近聯和墟到訪次數最多的食肆,無論飲茶吃點

埋單:$255,海港酒樓是我住近聯和墟到訪次數最多的食肆,無論飲茶吃點心,晩飯吃小菜,價錢合理,食物水準不錯,服務周到,侍應生有求必應,做事充滿幹勁。我想這也是海港門口永遠企滿客人等位的原因吧。我也累積了幾篇海港的食評,有宵夜篇、晩飯篇,希望稍後有空寫回,留低一點回憶。
