To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 20170301--百份百大師-即造烘焙,就在逸峰商場百份百餐廳旁邊,聯和墟的麵包店頗多,這店算是較新潮和高檔的一間,因為麵包店裝修簇新,即造烘焙的麵包款式也較有特色。麵包櫥窗擺放整齊,名字創新,吸引。家人口味傳統,總愛吃雞尾包,所以是日也是購買黃金雞尾賓,$14.5/4個,用鋁盤放在一起,再用膠袋包好,衛生整齊。黃金雞尾賓,外皮真的烘焙得金金黃黃,灑上一點點芝麻,賣相討好,內裏的饀料多,但又不會過甜,值得誠意推介。
