To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原以為設在鑽石山的聘珍樓未必及尖沙咀分店好,到過之後後就完全改觀.佈置舒適枱與枱之間距離適中而且有真人彈鋼琴,很浪漫啊!佢哋有個套餐我覺得OK,有前菜(羊胺一件,雞絲粉皮,一件素餃),跟著是番茄海鮮湯(材料有蝦球,帶子,魚肉,鹹菜等)主菜有一加一,一加二,一加三(視乎叫嘅係幾個人的餐)奉送白舨,糕點及糖水.前菜:中西合壁湯:我信味道應該好好,因我的家人讚口不絕主菜:味道適中甜品:糕點適量,糖水太淡(不是溝水,我相信佢哋就番有些人不喜歡食甜所致)最後講吓碟xo醬(收$15),佢哋話好味.相信酒樓本身再加料才與其他酒樓不同.服務態度很好,會顧及不同人的需要
