今晚約埋三五知己,一齊去長沙灣喜薈商場海灣漁港酒樓聚吓舊、吹吓水。海味雜菜煲熱辣辣的嘅海味雜菜煲,有西蘭花、芹菜、白菜、菜芯,甘筍絲、冬菇絲、秀珍菇、鮮魷、蝦乾和粉絲。通常一般雜菜煲的湯底都偏鹹,但這個湯底就一啲都唔鹹,還很鮮甜,但可惜鮮魷少了一點,秀珍菇和蝦乾沒有浸透,比較硬身。欖角冰梅骨排骨吸收了欖角鹹鹹酸酸的香味,外脆內軟,咬落去還有微微的肉汁滲出,十分香口。啫啫班頭腩煲熱辣辣的班頭腩煲端出來香味四溢,班頭腩吸收了乾葱頭及洋蔥的香味,另人垂涎三尺。鮮沙薑豬手奇怪!這道菜完全食不出有沙薑的香味,反而有麻辣的香味和感覺,豬手皮爽脆,肉質不太淋但又不硬,恰到好處。海帶綠豆沙糖水這個糖水是送的,糖水起沙,有海帶和綠豆的香味,甜味適中。

通常一般雜菜煲的湯底都偏鹹,但這個湯底就一啲都唔鹹,還很鮮甜,但可惜鮮魷少了一點,秀珍菇和蝦乾沒有浸透,比較硬身。

欖角冰梅骨
排骨吸收了欖角鹹鹹酸酸的香味,外脆內軟,咬落去還有微微的肉汁滲出,十分香口。

啫啫班頭腩煲
熱辣辣的班頭腩煲端出來香味四溢,班頭腩吸收了乾葱頭及洋蔥的香味,另人垂涎三尺。

鮮沙薑豬手
奇怪!這道菜完全食不出有沙薑的香味,反而有麻辣的香味和感覺,豬手皮爽脆,肉質不太淋但又不硬,恰到好處。

海帶綠豆沙糖水
這個糖水是送的,糖水起沙,有海帶和綠豆的香味,甜味適中。
