其實,我幫襯左大統領好多年,係常客。但係今日先寫評,每次食佢嘅魚生都好有水準,師傅真係好用心,芥末係用手磨嘅山葵,呢啲小細節真係好加分。今次叫左兩個菜,分別係帶子醬油漬海老丼、軟殼蟹烏冬定食。首先講下帶子醬油漬海老丼,帶子新鮮甜,入口加上壽司飯加蛋黃加魚子簡直係絕配,令我味覺受到沖擊,真係好好味;之後再單獨食醬油漬海老,簡直係醃得岩岩好,所有肉質都佈滿醬油味,而且肉質仍然保持鮮嫩,好高質呀。 值得推介x100000👍👍👍👍另外,講下軟殼蟹烏冬定食,真係無比較無傷害,係唔同口感唔同感覺。軟殼蟹炸得岩岩好,唔會太過油膩。相反,個烏冬湯麵底就麻麻,似出前一丁麻油味,如果湯底變成鏗魚湯底更見驚喜。希望下次再食仍然保持水準❤️❤️❤️❤️
