To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少會咁既叫法, 我叫左牛肉同腩肉, 好肉肉湯底叫左酸辣, 十少辣.牛肉都叫林, 不過味唔濃, 不過不失.腩肉我食開譚仔, 我覺我譚仔既腩肉好食D, 因為切得好薄, 而且佢用既調味,做得好濃味.相比之下, 三哥既調味就失色了.不過如果你鍾意食淡味既, 可能三哥會岩你~另外, 我上次黎工哥時係叫魚腐腩肉, 當時既腩肉份量明顯比今次我叫牛肉腩肉多......係米因為2個都係肉, 所以少左呢??
