To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 肉醬意粉好好食

自己本身係呢一頭返工，諗唔到食咩嘅時候就會過嚟呢一度叫叫佢嘅午餐去食，連鎖嘅餐廳都係各樣款式嘅食物都會有，但係呢一間嘅話呢我都記定有啲唔同嘅選擇嘅。個選擇呢我就會食肉醬意粉啦，因為呢個肉醬係非常之多，而且非常之濃郁嘅，加埋佢嘅意粉，煮得唔會話太硬，亦都唔會話太腍，嗰個質地係啱啱好嘅，但係要真係要講嘅話，我覺得佢個面質可以再粗少少，咁應該會令到成件事再昇華一啲，真係好好食，我經常都係叫呢一個。有時呢見到佢仲有一個邪惡啲嘅，就係肉醬意粉配炸雞髀，嘩，其實真係好邪惡，但係搵一日我一定會試吓。
