To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肉餅飯真係食極都唔厭

自從搬離洪水橋後，成日都會心掛掛屏山肉餅飯。最近買左車，終於可以隨時隨地都返去食到夠啦。兩個星期返去食兩次都唔算好過份者！菠菜蝦堡牛角包加芝士係俾阿仔食既，大愛！蓮藕蟹柳煎肉餅飯，都好岩阿仔食今日兩公婆再去食，可以食啲重味少少既肉餅飯六重芝士煎肉餅飯，啖啖芝士香，好岩芝士控既我再黎係馬拉盞章魚煎肉餅飯，呢個真心最正，味道剛剛好，送飯一流，而且肉餅好似手掌咁大，$48咁大份去邊度搵今次挑戰埋新疆風味雞翼，其實即係孜然雞翼，但我覺得正過x仔雞翼每次黎都覺得味覺有新沖擊，希望佢地繼續努力
