甘大個仔未去過大坑,因工作關係去了。無心插柳下去了肉骨皇,又幾 impressed。一行三人叫個招牌肉骨茶,海鮮喇沙,炒貴刁同半打雞肉沙嗲 share。個湯好好飲,一路滾住唔怕會攤凍曬。而且藥材味濃耶,帶點苦澀味但不會令人頂唔順,食得出係真材實料。D 肉骨煲到十分''林'',索到好多渴好 juicy,軟骨一咬就散,好好趙口!整體D 食送都叫足夠,有隻中蝦,魚片等等。同樣地個湯底好精彩。個辣度剛剛好,非常醒胃。一年四季都 arm 食。本身個人不本食得辣,呢個渴對我來講 perfect~呢碟貴刁驚喜不大,但份量十足,很是飽肚。味道都係辣辣地,個種辣有 D 似加辣版的沙查醬,小小的辣,唔會太刺激,入落口個味係舒服既。我係雞肉狂,見到立即隊左串,都唔記得相機先食…雞肉燒到剛剛好,唔會太 lone,食多幾串都不驚熱氣。雞肉仲係好嫩身帶肉汁,正!小小不足係個沙嗲汁教得稀左D,但勝在汁裡面有好為花生粒粒,同雞肉一齊食,一硬一較,口感豐富!肉骨皇舖仔小小,約坐四十人。香港需要的正是這些小店,往往小小的店才食到好野。但睇新聞成日聽到話D咩咩老字號結業,不禁嘆一聲。
