好似很久沒有與家人一起吃飯了,最近心情抑悶,總提不起勁外出吃飯。適逢父親節,怎樣也要與家人一起慶祝,帶兩老吃頓好餐! 這回帶他們來到日式酒吧串燒餐廳,好像未與他們一起試過,他們亦覺新鮮和期待。來到時間尚早,人客不多,但其後越坐越滿,幾乎滿座,相信食物質素頗有保證! 座位都屬於高枱和椅,空間不大,座位不算多,但座位之間仍保留一點空間,讓客人可以舒暢地聊天。食物款式選擇多,海鮮,肉,蔬菜,連飯類也有,肉控或吃素人士也可以吃! 吃串燒少不了配酒,這裡有不少手工啤酒選擇,而餐牌上更標誌各款酒品的甜度與甘甜,客人可按個人偏好的口味選擇,相當貼心! 最後我們幾乎每款類別的串燒也點來試試。蜜糖雞翼 ($30) 有細細兩隻,好似不算太划算。表面燒至金黃色,微微烘焦;弟弟表示味道不錯,表皮微脆,蜜糖甜美,肉質嫰滑,愛吃雞翼的他表示滿意。鹽燒牛舌 ($59) 一串五塊,每一塊都相當有厚度! 牛舌以椒鹽調味,燒得入味;有厚度的牛舌質感爽脆,一點也不韌和難咬開,香口惹味,相當推介!!安格斯牛柳粒 ($79)一串五粒,相比起牛舌較為細粒。剛剛燒起肉質尚算軟腍,中間還有些紅肉,肉味頗濃,但放久了點肉質會稍韌,故要
