To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都幾鐘意拼盤式既茶餐,因為一次過可以試幾種味. 今日既茶餐都好豐富,但味道普通.叉燒米粉無味,湯底好似水咁,叉燒係好少,乾曾曾咁,完全唔入味. 火腿芝士酥, 芝士可以再焗到溶就perfect.個酥皮好脆,但加左波羅,味道又甜又咸,比較唔夾.腸仔,太油太濃味精, 咖哩角,一d都唔香濃,放到凍晒.最好食反而係粟米. 好香牛油味, 同粟米ge鮮甜match.而粟米粒粒分明.西米糕就一般, 好似自己整,但好有口感.講真,味道一般,但拼盤令貪心的人可以試多d味.
