勝記酒家是間走懷舊廣東海鮮菜路線既食府, 馳名懷舊乳豬! 不過今次我哋主力食既係海鮮! 無得頂!薑蔥美國桶蠔~煲仔上, 隻隻肥美, 全部都有三吋長! 而且全部都非常厚肉! 𧐢肚位置仲好飽滿, 桶蚝先走油再放入煲裏同薑蔥ㄧ併爆香, 香氣撲鼻, 真係絕冇取巧, 非常惹味!鹽香鮑魚~ 香囗無比, 用粗鹽醃製過鮑魚後炸, 少少鹹鹹地中帶些脆口, 雖然炸過但仲好彈牙, 即係代表新鮮!豉椒炒聖子皇~ 稱得上皇ㄧ定有獨特之處, 真係冇花冇假, 足足成隻手掌長, 認真誇張, 口感豐富, 加上豆豉青椒、洋蔥ㄧ齊炒, 惹味非常!
