To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現在拉麵在香港每個角落都見到其蹤影,上水、元朗、東涌,無孔不入。拉麵熟潮的鼻祖「豚王」,最近由從前的和安里搬到威靈頓街,店子大了,坐也坐得舒服多,而且也不用等位呢!先要了一碗原味「豚王」$80,豚肉湯底依然濃郁香口,蔥花的味道也融入湯裡面。叉燒的份量是2片左右,比較厚身,每邊都有脂肪,入口也不會乾身,味道也甚濃郁,保持水準。每間拉麵店都有自家製的辣芽菜,面前這碟我覺得味道十分棒,入味之餘也不會太辣,脆中帶軟,很好提味!豬骨湯底仍是一貫的確濃,實在不用再添加額外的調味品已很夠味,我覺得這才是吃拉麵的精髓。不夠飽,另點了一客「翠王」$90,湯底加了新鮮的羅勒,更增香。湯底感覺上較清香,豬骨湯濃度仍是適中,青綠色的湯底亦充滿豬骨的鮮甜味,很香滑,加上羅勒的清香,感覺上不會覺怎麼油膩。我也喜歡吃較硬身的麵條,硬度正合我心意,麵彈牙富蛋香,加上配菜椰菜及木耳,很合心意。說真,就算拉麵店愈開愈多,始終「豚王」都有其出色的地方。稱自己作王,可不是人人得呢。
