To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在中環工作已有個多月, 昨晚剛好跟朋友談到中環的燒味, 其中朋友推介的其中一間便先去試試. 這家龍記以燒味為主, 在中環的價格稍貴一點也算合理. 看了一下後, 最後點了乳豬飯. 碟上的乳豬份量比想像中要多, 另外附上的例湯也真材實料, 火候十足. 乳豬的脆皮做得很鬆脆, 全不膩口. 就算是脆皮+肥肉的部份也吃得人心滿意足. 有瘦肉的部份則更加甘香. $60一個燒味飯是偏貴, 但以乳豬飯來說則非常抵食. 日後會再來光顧.
