幾個月無嚟深水埗,行過好多人排隊的文記車仔麵,周記原來裝修間開咗兩間舖,同一名字一邊堂食麵同滷水,一邊食近似兩餸飯,而廚房亦由門口位搬到最入。一改以住「地踎」的裝修,以前我只會外賣,宜家企理整齊咁多,一定係堂食啦。好多人見到店名,只叫油渣麵,其實咁多年,我始終覺得「炸北京餃麵」才是招牌菜。周記的麵底係用粗粗的上海麵,即係上海粗炒的麵質,吸湯而有咬口,係其他麵店比較少見,湯麵一定要加旁邊嘅冬菜,食開重口味的話,可以加多少少。到主角,炸北京餃,餡料眼見有豬肉雲耳馬蹄,比較爽口,一上抬,熱辣辣,明顯係即叫即炸,外皮係比較厚嘅餃子皮,食落好香脆,加埋個辣醬,同炸餃子配合得好好,個人覺得可以俾多少少辣醬,食得再過癮啲。
