每次想吃德國豬手我就會想起大圍的豬手工房,佢的招牌豬手真是一吃再吃😋,所謂「食過返尋味」招牌脆爆鹹豬手($238)豬手外皮超級無敵脆,咬下去會發出像吃薯片一樣的聲音,肉很飽滿而且軟軟的,建議先吃一點蘿蔔絲去開胃,豬手必須抹上黃芥末讓食慾更上一層樓。香草牛油雞翼(5隻,$68)咬下去會散發出淡淡的牛油味,配上香草進口更香口,雞翼炸得很剛好,外皮帶點脆很美味。鹹蛋黃脆炸魚皮($68)炸魚皮份量很多,每一條都炸得脆脆的,鹹蛋黃醬融合在魚皮裏面,鹹蛋黃味道很重很香,這道小菜配啤酒一流。冰糖桂花雪梨(凍$48)這杯很好喝,推薦👍🏻梳打水作為基底,底部裡頭放冰糖桂花和雪梨肉,很清新可口,解油膩。石榴汁($25杯)就是正常的石榴汁加冰,鮮甜原味。

炸魚皮份量很多,每一條都炸得脆脆的,鹹蛋黃醬融合在魚皮裏面,鹹蛋黃味道很重很香,這道小菜配啤酒一流。

冰糖桂花雪梨(凍$48)

這杯很好喝,推薦👍🏻梳打水作為基底,底部裡頭放冰糖桂花和雪梨肉,很清新可口,解油膩。

石榴汁($25杯)

就是正常的石榴汁加冰,鮮甜原味。
