星期四, 放工等埋貓爸食飯...揸架車周圍搵, 係咁諗諗起上星期日下晝去新斗記摸門丁 (星期日個日5點去到, 佢6點先開門市)咁一於去試試其實一直都唔認識呢間酒樓直至見到雜誌以燒味做主題...話新斗記既乳豬好食...即叫即燒貓爸一向愛食乳豬, 所以一心去試試...去到, 門口既車位已經full晒不過唔緊要, 因為一心諗住買外賣貓爸入去買時見樣樣都燒緊...就改堂食外面既代客泊車代泊...($20一個鐘...都係泊番車邊咪標,當然佢地係唔會入標!!)叫左半隻乳豬$258、1/4燒鵝$78燒鵝先上...仲熱架!!可以因為係下裝既關係...有d位食落有d"蘇"...幸好只有一件半件有陣"蘇"味...其他都無...而且好厚肉添!!到乳豬...半隻...望落都真係幾多...貓爸見到人地碟1/4隻得十片八片...覺得唔夠, 所以先叫左半隻...師傅手勢唔錯...片出黎既皮唔會有油, 亦都無肉一片片既乳豬皮, 夠香又脆...正!!至於底下既乳豬肉, 有少少咸...但乳豬肉好軟、"林"有d滑身...唔會好似平日燒味舖咁太乾身, 硬肉一舊!!埋單500有找乳豬的確比出面貴, 一隻498...出面好多燒味

其實一直都唔認識呢間酒樓
直至見到雜誌以燒味做主題...
話新斗記既乳豬好食...即叫即燒
貓爸一向愛食乳豬, 所以一心去試試...

去到, 門口既車位已經full晒
不過唔緊要, 因為一心諗住買外賣
貓爸入去買時見樣樣都燒緊...就改堂食

覺得唔夠, 所以先叫左半隻...
師傅手勢唔錯...
片出黎既皮唔會有油, 亦都無肉

乳豬的確比出面貴, 一隻498...
出面好多燒味店都係400一隻
不過唔同在新斗記係即燒, 而且真係一d "濃"、焦黑都無
佢地d乳豬係真正既乳豬仔...細細隻...
唔係出面乳豬興中豬之間唔大唔細既豬!!
所以乳豬肉既肉質較軟

總括而言, 都值既...
