To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟老公來到銅鑼灣,被Fashion walk 這間德國餐廳的門口裝修吸引,反正很少食德國餐就一於來試試,果然沒有揀錯,食物質素一流👍👍❇️餐湯粟米忌廉湯,濃郁的忌廉味,最特別是餐包面頭鋪上南瓜蓉,餐包變得很好味😋😋 ❇️沙律沙律食材極之豐富,有新鮮菠蘿,火龍果,藍莓,士多啤梨,雜菜沙律,整個沙律子只加了一點醋,所以感覺很健康也很清新❇️脆皮燒豬肘配酸椰菜及炸薯角一上菜是很驚喜,豬肘超級大隻,外皮金黃酥脆,咬下去發出香脆的聲音,很難得豬肘咸道剛剛適中👍👍👍見到餐牌有一些很有特色的酒飲,很想飲,但下午有事辦,還是等下次再飲吧!
