原來深井燒鵝開到嚟尖沙咀,今日同朋友行街一於去試吓!招牌燒鵝例牌: 原本以為例牌燒鵝唔會好大份,點知原來份量一啲都唔小。呢個果然係招牌,必點!皮脆肉嫩,一咬落去啲油脂浸晒出嚟,但又唔會覺得太油膩,個皮有好香嘅炭燒味,脆卜卜,燒得恰到好處。至於鵝肉一啲蘇味都冇,啲肉好厚身。香煎蓮藕餅:呢個菜真係好好食,同一般蓮藕餅做法有少少唔同,係用蓮藕絲配以豬肉、鮮蝦同蝦米一齊煎成,一上枱已經聞到好香,因為材料豐富,所以食落特別有口感。呢度啲蓮藕餅煎得一啲都唔乾,啲肉汁能夠所係蓮藕餅入面,好Juicy!小炒王:有好多配料,有蝦乾海蜇魷魚等等,炒得好有鑊氣,送飯同配啤酒一流!陳皮紅豆沙桃膠、椰香鮮奶桃膠:食完主菜我同朋友都好想食糖水,呢兩款糖水好有驚喜。兩個款都好足料,有勁多桃膠!朋友食嘅陳皮紅豆沙嘅陳皮味超重,紅豆亦有做到起沙。至於我食嘅椰汁鮮奶,一嚟到已經聞到超香嘅椰奶味,加上入面桃膠好多,食完都覺得好養顏😆呢兩碗糖水真係為呢餐畫上完美句號!呢餐真係好滿足,兩個人食到好飽,仲要打包!值得一題係呢度啲裝修好新好靚,座位坐得好舒服,侍應服務又好。
