To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

醃到超鹹同埋用鬆肉粉令肉質變成豆腐般霉的一口牛

叫兩盒一口牛外賣，一心諗住支持。外觀睇落冇問題，點知啲牛肉除咗鹹之外一啲味道都冇，有幾舊仲用鬆肉粉醃到好似豆腐，除咗鹹味同鬆肉粉味乜嘢味道都冇。其實啲牛肉唔新鮮，點解要比客人食？以前食過好好食唔係咁樣，70幾蚊一盒飯，而家淪落到街邊茶餐廳咁嘅質素。點解會咁？我明白市道艱難，但係維持食物質素，難道不是守住業務的最重要一點嗎？希望不要當客人是慈善家，我其實真的想食一個好的午餐。價錢同質素完全不成正比，叫同路人點繼續支持？
