在石湖墟街市的麵檔中,林德記的名頭可說是最響,老店主現在已經把檔口交給兒子,當中最喜歡他的牛腩米,可說是百吃不厭。點麵時,伙計一定會問顧客要不要加汁,即是加牛腩汁,當麵放在你面前時,你便會見到黝黑色的湯,但喝一口,便會發覺濃稠有緻,香濃入味,再澆點店家自製的辣椒油,即時變得更加惹味,就算牛腩是碎腩,味道沒絲毫走樣,真的好味!
