一直都好掛住臨記既車仔麵,今日有緣黎藍田,怎能錯過見你一面。今次黎唔使大排長龍,落單拎野食都快左好多~繼續我既自選之路。兩個人叫左$150 蚊,都好夠飽。今次繼續叫我最愛既傳統湯,不過店員有問我加唔加腩汁/沙嗲汁,加左腩汁既湯底夠濃夠正,配烏冬都好夠味。牛筋係我一直都念念不忘,佢係我食過最喜愛既牛筋,夠腍夠入味勁重膠質,無牙婆都食到。溏心蛋有拉麵店水準,食落非常軟滑同流心。鮮竹卷自家製,勁多饀好好食。今次試埋個鮮腐竹,索曬湯汁唔錯。朋友就叫左無加腩汁,湯底清好多。試左舊魚腐,唔知點解覺得有陣蠔豉味,唔知係咪個花菇既影響,好搞鬼。花菇蠔油味幾濃同入晒味,之後食番舊蘿白,份外爽甜。最後試埋個瑞士花香雞翼,果然食到淡淡桂花既香味,甜甜的配雞翼又幾有新鮮感,呢餐都算幾滿足。
