今日難得去左將軍澳做野,順便探一探新居入伙既朋友仔。傾左一陣肚餓佢帶左我去屋企附近既一間餐廳打邊爐。本身諗係一間普通既打邊爐餐廳,點知原來佢深藏不露。。。😆點解咁講,因為佢每張枱中間都有一個大lon上面有個蓋,本來已為係一個爐上面再加個煲打邊爐,原來係本身已經有個鑊喺度。個鑊就係用打邊爐㗎啦😆我地叫左個辣雞煲,老闆娘仲好細心叫我地叫咩辣,食開辣既就試下中辣,於是我地就叫左個中辣。隨之老闆娘就拎住一碟調好味有醬料同一壺辣雞湯上台,先大火喺黑鐵鑊爆炒下d雞。炒個下d麻辣香味已經令到我不斷流口水🤤炒完加少少湯焗一陣就食得。雞件舊舊都有肉,而且嫩滑唔鞋。雞味濃,無乜冰鮮味,加上秘制既醬汁惹味香口。食完雞後加湯打邊爐🥘🥘我地都係叫左一d普通既邊爐料,但每碟既份量都幾多。不得不提係個肥牛,份量大得跨張,而且牛肉脂肪比例平均,食落牛味濃,滾耐左都唔會好鞋。食後問番老闆娘,原來哩個黑鐵鑊邊爐係佢地首創,出面無得食㗎。
