豬油渣,即係肥豬肉汆水,然後再落鑊炒完再炸,每一粒都炸至金黃,入口香脆甘香,但係健康著想,這個邪惡嘢不能成日食。出名啲嘅當然係大角咀英記出品,而最近鰂魚涌新開嘅 #美蘭廚房 亦都見到呢個邪惡嘢蹤影。小店本身喺長沙灣Food Court,據說曾經日賣過百碗。除咗豬油渣同麵條係自家製,就連辣菜甫都係出自老闆娘之手,食麵就得要試埋辣菜甫。叉燒油渣麵(自家製麵條)$42/大麵條由於係用鴨蛋,所以蛋香會再重啲。最重要係面層好多香脆豬油渣,加埋叉燒同冬菇,都算豐富。湯頭就不過不失,叉燒好似都係老闆娘醃同焗,以小店來講真係有心機!趣致四味 $68有豆乳鹽酥雞、酥炸雞軟骨、酥炸雲吞和一口排骨,基本上係炸炸炸炸,全部都係熱辣辣上檯,夠哂熱氣!自家製菜甫有大辣同小辣,真係食得到辣先好食大辣,加入個湯度食,增加味道層次。餐牌上都多食物款式,下次想食鴨肉翅!
