朋友話見過人自製小丸子,我地心思思又想試下,發現原來就係銅鑼灣呢間大阪李朝園,見MENU有泡菜等韓式食物,初頭有少少混淆呢間係咩菜,原來係一間日韓餐廳呢!係門外等左一陣,見到入面迫迫地有D驚,不過我地就好彩坐左高台自製小丸子有幾款,我地就揀左最經典既章魚小魚子雖然MENU有寫步驟,但店員仍然會逐個步驟教我地,之後就自己黎啦,我同朋友都話:好似好忙咁既倒完奶漿就要接住落4種配料(章魚、紅蘿蔔粒、菜、泡菜),咁上下就轉90度再fill滿奶漿,再轉至兩邊都脆卜卜,再狂落漿同木魚,就上台啦!平時係街食得多見人咁熟手,原來自己嚟都幾「呢hea」,不過係難失手既!味道方面.. 自家制就當然好味啦!一路整既時候其他野都陸逐黎齊,唔,有少少失望,見佢咁多配料同色水咁靚,入口竟然無味豬肉炒泡菜,微暖幾易入口,但略嫌唔夠辣仲叫左個雞軟骨,不過不失,炸得幾爽口
