與他都係'無飯夫婦',所以每日放工後搵地方食飯係一件幾煩惱既事,通常搵邊間餐廳食飯都係小妹做開,因為小妹太難服侍了,又要岩我口味,最好係未食過,菜式有新意同特別就最好,所以鎖定地點後就不停來回開飯網搵餐廳!初時望到旺角新食店「烏龍燒」仲誤以為係食「烏龍麵」的,後來望到相片先知係食串燒的,見到食評所講的中式糖水沙冰、餐蛋串串同菜甫玉子燒都夠晒特別和吸引,一於去試試。烏龍燒既宗旨係:「烏烏龍龍自己燒,自自在在好逍遙。」望住牆上呢幅烏龍秘笈覺得好盞鬼!店內的設計係開放式的,沒有設置開門位,這樣空氣會比較流通,衣服也不會吸盡了燒烤的味道,但冷氣不夠會有點焗就係;每個坐位打開蓋後都可讓客人擺放隨身物品。(不過當晚落大雨就不停有雨水飛入黎)烏認燒提供多款醬汁同味粉都係餐廳主打,入坐已提出了孜然粉、七味粉、蜜糖、沙嗲醬同自加秘製醬汁。另外包括廚師特調Funny灑灑粉:海苔味粉、泡菜粉、惹味香菇粉、梅粉和咖哩粉都係兩位送一款,四位送兩款等。(散叫同醬汁一樣每款$5)餐牌部分叫完食物後自己放上去燒,好似燒烤咁,另外仲有本烏龍秘芨有講解某些食材要點燒先好食,自己燒自己調味,可以食又可以玩!腐竹糖水冰沙 $

估唔到呢度有出面未見過的腐竹糖水味道的沙冰,梗係要來一杯!飲落真係好似食緊腐竹糖水,好特別呀,而且味道仲好消暑呢!

將塊墨魚滑燒到兩面都金黃色,再搽點蜜糖就可以食了,咬落帶有爽彈口感,燒香過的墨魚滑帶有香口惹味的味道,墨魚味好重,不過松露味就較淡,但整體都好食!

連埋個小砵仔一齊放上去網度燒熟,金菇上放左一大片牛油,煮得差不多時就可以拌勻佢,食落牛油味頗濃,熱辣辣又幾好食!

雖然叫左唔算多野食,不過慢慢燒慢慢食都夠飽,今次食唔到菜甫蛋同燒香蕉,下次又有機會再黎食過!
