Restaurant: Peek-A-Poke (希雲街)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💛Peek-A-Poke💛🔸八爪魚撈大碗一碗叫一半半醋飯底，即壽司飯份量好足，而且好食，另一半叫雜菜沙律底，都係好多。一碗叫全雜菜沙律底，菜沙律新鮮，好食，份最足。有好多配料可以選，小編推介醃酸薑。醃蘿蔔其實都好食，但比較硬身。其他配料正常。醬汁方，小編推介山葵乳酪醬，真喺好好食，香wasabi味，但完全唔攻鼻。鰹魚昆布醬油反而就真喺淡咗啲，冇乜味。紫菜絲、芝麻、果仁，脆蒜片呢啲全部都可以自己選擇要唔要。八爪魚撈大碗本身就有好多八爪魚，而且好好咬，好彈牙。會再幫襯🤣
