To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在不知道吃什麼的情況下，吃一碗米線好像都算不錯的選擇？所以就去了朋友常常吃的譚仔雲南米線 ~ 尖沙咀的這間是在地庫。座位都算多啊，而且我們是差不多晚上9點才來，所以基本上已沒什麼客人了。除了主餐牌，都有一些看起來幾特別的湯底～像是香茜皮蛋魚湯湯底。我點的是 - 自選兩餸的米線 ($43)米線口感不錯，份量都幾多。湯底是湖南酸辣湯底 (+$1) 味道偏濃偏酸。餸的話選了墨丸和魚腐～有四粒的墨丸，口感彈牙，但吃落其實沒什麼味道 ...魚腐倒是比較有味，或者是因為有吸到湯的關係？另外+$9 可以點豆漿，見是譚仔雲南米線自己出的 (香港製造)，不是無糖的~但也會太甜。小食點了 - 蒜泥白肉 ($26/細)吃落帶辣外蒜味幾濃。

魚腐倒是比較有味，或者是因為有吸到湯的關係？
