用咗open rice咁多年,第一次有間餐廳俾我嘅體驗喺:我必須要為佢寫一篇詳細食評。本人好鐘意食sushi,所以每個月都一定會食2,3次omakase。我唔敢講我喺呢方面有咩心得所以先大言不慚喺呢度寫食評,因為今次嘅體驗喺就算你冇食過omakase,你都會覺得惡劣。首先,講服務,一到步有人求求其其接待咗之後就叫我哋企喺度等一下,執緊枱。我當日拎咗好大袋嘢,有位女士就話要幫我keep起佢。好啦,我對keep起佢嘅定義喺,你會揾個隱蔽嘅地方安置我嘅隨身物品。可能係我公主病啦,我一入去,就發現果袋野坐咗我個位,而我後面有張凳就放咗唔知邊個個袋。我唔介意你冇幫我放好,但你張凳,肥啲都坐唔到,到底放袋好定我坐好?同行友人背囊一樣要放地下,又睇唔到你枱底有冇勾。後來有個男仔發現原來放咗袋我喺會冇位坐嘅,先幫我拎走咗袋嘢去「keep起佢」。好啦,講完服務,入正題,講食物。冇記錯,得一個set,大概$1750左右一位。omakase嚟講,單評論價錢,唔算貴。第一道喺象拔蚌刺身。嘩!一陣雪藏味,好想知喺唔喺同寶達訂嘅。之後果幾碟,我相信我訂市面上好多日本食材嘅質素輕輕鬆鬆都好過佢。然後鮑魚肝醬都係重頭

啲渣大粒到唔洗微距都睇到,結果我哋求其食咗塊鮑魚就算。壽司方面,師傅刀工未到家,件件魚都切到一忽忽。壽司飯好黏,飯嘅温度時凍時熱,
同每一件刺身都形成強烈對比。

最令我覺得唔可以接受嘅係小肌魚,魚身超級無敵「嚡」,我呑嘅時候發現有一條魚骨,
但已經太遲,同友人講我覺得有骨嘅時候,佢仲問喺唔喺因為件魚太「嚡」咋?可想而知,有幾難食,都冇人諗過omakase嘅刺身居然會有骨。
接下來食果幾件壽司我都小心翼翼,然後又俾我喺鰻魚卷裏面食到一條較粗身嘅骨。

到最後玉子燒,師傅好簡單而隆重哋拎咗個剛剛燒完魚嘅炭爐燒俾我哋食,以為玉子燒應該冇骨啦,一入口,凍㗎,
果種凍係真係剛剛係雪櫃拎出嚟嘅凍,絶對唔係室温。而成餐飯食咗整整3個小時,所有嘢都好慢好難食,唯一可取,應該喺不停可以refill嘅鱈魚乾。食完呢餐飯,我喉嚨發炎痛咗好幾日,醫生話應該喺真喺魚骨刺傷。本來放幾日假要好好享受生日,安排好嘅飯局,每一餐喉嚨都痛到食唔落。本身食好西應該喺為咗心情愉悅,慰勞自己,結果自討苦吃,正宗貼錢買難受,總之,呢一次經歷實在不吐不快。
