To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走入店裡，迎面撲鼻而來嘅係一陣清新嘅香氣，空氣中彌漫住咖啡嘅香味同植物嘅氣息。店裡嘅裝潢簡潔舒適，有好多自然元素嘅設計，令人感到放鬆。桌面上擺咗啲精緻嘅植物盆栽，令用餐環境更加有生氣。接下嚟，就係我品嚐 南瓜忌廉意粉啦。上嚟嘅時候，呢道菜令我驚艷。意粉好彈牙，配埋豐富嘅南瓜忌廉醬汁，質感綿密順滑。每一口都彷彿係品嚐南瓜嘅原汁原味，再加埋啲輕盈嘅蔬菜同新鮮嘅香草，營造出一種清新嘅口感。南瓜嘅甜味同意粉嘅鹹香完美融合，真係好好味。除咗南瓜忌廉意粉，我仲試咗一碗南瓜湯作為開胃菜。呢碗湯個顏色係金黃色，散發住濃郁嘅南瓜香氣。飲低一口，湯嘅口感濃郁豐富，口味層次分明。南瓜嘅甜味同淡淡嘅奶香味一拍即合，好令人回味。而且，湯入面仲加咗啲香脆嘅南瓜籽，增加咗口感嘅豐富度，令整碗湯更加有趣。我深深感受到南瓜呢種食材嘅多樣性同豐富性。清新素食咖啡店以佢地嘅精湛廚藝，將南瓜嘅美味發揮到極致。無論係南瓜忌廉意粉定係南瓜湯，都展現咗南瓜嘅獨特風味同優雅口感。
