To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有跟好姊妹聚會，今次找了個有情調的餐廳慢慢食慢慢傾這間餐廳就在九龍玫瑰堂后方，大大的招牌，一眼就望見餐廳內也有bar table 及超大的電視，可以一邊食一邊傾一邊看電視😆放工后的一大樂事這杯Purple Sunbird，酒精的份量不多，適合酒量淺的我，一看外型已經好吸引，雀形的杯子，還有我最愛的紫色😍餐廳送的小麵包我們的生蠔!! 很新鮮，很大隻，很重的海水味，很creamy, 果然真才實料Raclette Cheese - 有火箭菜，薯仔等等的材料，侍應燒熱了手上很大件的瑞士芝士，熔化的芝士佈滿在表面，清淡的芝士味，合乎我口味Black Truffle Escargot - 法式蝸牛的開口鋪滿了的黑松露，味濃，另外，中間夾著薯蓉及最底部的小法包，尺寸小小的，剛好可以一口放在我口中(我是大口小姐😂)Spanish Seafood Paella - 海鮮多過西班牙飯👍大蝦，墨魚，扇貝，魚柳，青口，份量很充足，飯汁甜甜的, 我又要吃多幾口了M5 Waygu Beef - 和牛juicy, 再配上半個蒜頭，這樣的配搭頗特別，真是一分價錢一分貨好姊妹各有各忙，期待下次再約出來暢談一番😤
