To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木餐廳讓我又一次驚喜。除了裝修簡約清新外，餐牌也有了很多新菜式。紅燒牛肉麵，紅燒牛肉入味亦幾鬆軟，湯底濃厚，麵條薄身得黎又好滑，配菜蘿蔔都煮到入哂味！我們品嚐了櫻花蝦枝餅，炸得金黃酥脆，咬一口彈牙十足。路邊攤小食拼盤，炸雞扒香脆可口，食到雞扒的肉味及肉汁，幾美味，其他小食也不錯。茶木餐廳的水果茶也是一大特色，我選擇了高山金萱烏龍茶，甘甜帶清新感，非常好喝。整餐用餐體驗非常滿足，價格也非常合理。我會推薦茶木餐廳給朋友們。
