呢個雙餸麵套餐($45)包一碟生菜及一杯豆漿,雙餸就揀咗冬菇同馳名嘅春卷,冬菇都厚肉,炆得幾入味,春卷就正正常常,碟菜份量都唔少,豆漿唔太甜,味道就一般。
呢個喺艇仔粉套餐($58)包一份 shake shake香辣炸魚皮及一杯芒果冷泡鐵觀音,艇仔粉有生菜、紅腸、炸豬頸肉、炸銀魚仔同兩條春卷,豬頸肉同銀魚仔都幾好味,另外要讚下佢嘅炸魚皮,夠哂脆,浸落個湯一兩下再食就更加好味,米線份量都算多,另外杯芒果冷泡鐵觀音都幾好飲,杯內有包鐵觀音茶包,再加咗啲芒果醬在內,攪勻之後飲非常出色!

Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
