To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事一齊見客，見完之後佢就帶我去佢食開嘅茶餐廳食野啦 。 眼見間餐廳普普通通，都無咩特別期望，但求醫到肚，唔好太難食就可以 咁一睇餐牌，又發現又幾多選擇俾你揀，而且價錢真心平。 老闆真係有心做食肆，街坊唔洗捱貴餐。咁我叫左冬瓜豆卜炆火腩飯黎食，火腩份量好足，多到有啲令我好驚訝，老闆唔洗賺錢咩，而火腩半肥瘦，剛剛好，而個汁又適中，豆卜可以索到啲汁，冬瓜都係大大舊，水準真係無得彈而我個朋友就叫左個豬膶麵食，佢話食開就會試癮，睇落好簡單嘅餸其實最考功夫，而個豬膶麵無騷味之餘口感唔錯，俾佢講到兩次搞到我唔食內臟嘅人都覺得幾吸引所以哩啲良心企業真係要大大力去支持下，鍾意食好西嘅朋友仔妨黎哩間餐廳食下野，包你一試就試上癮
