Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當年開張嘅時候的確有驚喜,之後水準不斷下降,先前經常出現嘅人龍,已絕跡多時。疫情下早上九點半,堂食只得三五個客,即管再一次光顧。點咗三個點心,感覺良好。蝦餃皮薄喊靚,煎蘿蔔糕有口感,食到一粒粒蘿蔔,煎得有心機,黃沙豬潤腸就麻麻哋,雖然腸粉夠滑,但得好少豬潤,仲切得好細粒,又韌又完全無粉嫩嘅感覺。因為人少,所以可以慢慢嘆,一啲都唔趕,仲可以嘆多幾杯茶。見廚房入面啲師傅都好得閒,唔知係咪心理作用,覺得啲點心做得特別有心機。整體經驗唔錯,希望將來能夠繼續保持落去啦!
