秋風起,係時候🍂🍁食煲仔飯,黎到太子好評如潮的「噢吧煲煲掂」一嘗多款配搭口味煲仔飯。餐廳光猛明亮,不是走奢華路線,卻有一種低調的感覺,主要招呼街坊街里,鋪面不大,都可容納20-30 人,未到晚飯時間已座無虛席。煲仔飯價錢親民,HKD 48-88 不等,豐儉由人。🥘惠顧任何一款煲仔飯都會附送一碗不含味精老火靚湯🥄是日青紅蘿蔔粟米🌽,湯飲落順口,吾會死咸,蘿蔔夠清甜。豉汁白鱔煲仔飯(HKD 78):白鱔好爽彈,豆豉汁調起左整個飯香,仲有辣椒碎同芝麻提香。鱔魚油脂香完美滲入飯粒當中,魚油豐腴,飯香十足,淋些少香甜豉油,焗一焗,飯粒分明,粒粒油潤煙韌,食至最底,還有金黃香脆的飯焦,脆而不燶,香口如同米通,仲有點癡牙。蝦醬🦐豬頸肉煲仔飯(HKD 58):意想不到的配搭,蝦醬香味濃烈,但算是溫和的蝦醬不會太咸,好有大澳風味,豬頸肉醃製得好,保持爽彈口感,配上辣椒🌶️碎同姜條癖去豬騷味,整體入味蝦醬濃而不膩,恰到好處。玉泉西柚梳打+ 可樂:食完熱野飲番凍汽水🥤GUR 一GUR 佢總結:煲仔飯應有的香脆飯焦都做得到秋天入冬至愛#太子#豉汁白鱔煲仔飯#蝦醬豬頸肉煲仔飯#香脆可口#飯焦#金黃#噢吧煲煲掂
