又到每月一次食好野嘅時候,今次黎食台式火鍋!淨係門面已經感受到份懷舊風。內裡有維港景色。我地叫左一人一邊嘅鴛鴦鍋,男友人揀招牌紅泥小染,好麻辣,中間圓圈裝住啲麻籽。我就揀返自己 - 東方美人(失笑),其實係豚骨湯,好味!湯底入面有綿綢豆腐同鴨血~飲品叫左山渣紅果汁,酸甜度剛好。最鍾意呢個扮鳳梨酥嘅野,必食,入面係豬肉同鮮菠蘿。呢個菠菠糖都鍾意,有最愛嘅芝麻香味。呢個枝仔冰就較普通,入面有蝦,豬肉同花枝。另外點多個鮮蝦雲吞,好新鮮。呢個豬頸肉好靚,可以搽左蛋白之後整朵放入鍋,一層層搣出黎食,薄而快熟。最後就食菜,啲菜以花盆形態出現,侍應仲好熱心將啲菜移入鍋裡,放左入鍋仍然keep到好靚。成餐基本上似欣賞藝術品多過打邊爐。
