To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

節日必食的撈起

每年新年都會有個例牌動作要做，就係食撈起，希望每年食完撈起都有個新開始，新一年新景象。每逢新年都唔算有好多食肆會開，唯獨是元氣會開，咁當然都要叫返一個撈起先除咗食撈起，當然唔少得有刺身啦，今次我就叫咗外賣自取，三文魚拼帆立貝，首先份量都算幾多，食開都覺得新鮮肥美，一家四口份量啱啱好，三文魚刀功唔錯，唔會太厚亦唔會太薄，厚度適中口感就自然會好，帆立貝每隻都非常大，食落都好有鮮甜味最後梗係唔少得主角撈起，其實幫襯咗咁多年，每年質素都維持到新鮮，食又開心撈又開心
