最近又係睇報紙介紹,得悉觀塘有間雞蛋仔舖賣有餡雞蛋仔,於是同女友喺觀塘食完晚飯就行過嚟。嗰陣八點幾,除夕夜,門口圍住一堆人等緊攞雞蛋仔,有啲好似我哋咁慕名而嚟,有啲係街坊。冇排隊可言,買就行埋去同阿姐講,佢會叫你等至少十分鐘,比埋錢就企埋一二邊等佢整。原味十蚊有交易,要加餡就再加錢,芋泥要加$6,其餘有紅豆味、朱古力味等等。而短短三個字,最多人叫嘅係芋泥,其次就係原味。整嘅時候,阿姐先焗個空雞蛋仔殼,然後就打開個焗夾,搽入芋泥餡,搽滿晒,再冚埋個夾,喺個餅夾邊倒蛋漿再繼續焗,用蛋漿封晒條邊,以免焗完出嚟啲餡漏晒出嚟。雞蛋仔到手,即使用蛋漿封邊,啲芋泥餡都依然漏咗啲出嚟!食落好得意,除咗有雞蛋香味之外,第一啖食個餡冇味,啲芋頭味係一路食一路出,外殼脆卜卜,個餡熱辣辣有芋頭味,比起食開嘅「有味雞蛋仔」,有餡嘅餡味更加突出。臨走前,有個客叫個朱古力味,阿姐就逐粒逐粒朱古力放入每一格焗好嘅雞蛋仔殼,呢份心機嘢應該冇乜舖頭肯做,而呢間舖得三個雞蛋仔夾同埋咁多人等,都肯咁做法,令我哋更有藉口下次嚟試朱古力味!
