To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到廣告，壽司盛 🍱 做八折，今晚 ordered 經典壽司盛C Classic Sushi Set C。裏面有：吞拿魚、長鰭吞拿魚、帆立貝、北寄貝、赤貝、螺片玉子、皇帝蟹柳、飛魚籽軍艦。當日白鳥貝暫缺，以北寄貝替代。味道正常新鮮，no complaint。之後可以加配優惠炸蝦天婦羅盛合（4件） Shrimp Tempura Platter （$39）個炸蝦天婦羅，正正常常。反而覺得個芝士魚餅天婦羅有驚喜，唔粉，好彈牙，中間有芝士將醬，好味！
