To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過喜滿樓幾次，值得我在這𥚃推介比大家是他們的招牌菜之一芝麻雞。其他地方少食到，無得比較，只知道這裡造出的芝麻雞很好食。皮薄少脂肪，芝麻蓋住全隻雞，密麻麻，食落口皮脆肉嫩，有雞味加上芝麻香味，口內回香味十足。雞皮脆再加上芝麻脆，真是有幾脆。另外有碟芝麻醬，點上芝麻醬食落有另一番風味，有些日式料理味道。有多張大圓枱，適合一大班人食飯，菜單都幾有創意，仲有四川菜的水煮魚。值得一提的是這𥚃奉送老火靚湯，沒有味精，很住家味道。
