To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年訂了土瓜灣高山道附近喜滿樓食提早食團年飯，上星期三全家12人去到這間新星食店。我們點了9送1燉湯。有黃金桶蠔、扇貝超大隻好好味及鮮味、上湯大蝦伊面、清蒸老虎斑、唔少得仲有招牌芝麻雞。食物和服務質素很好，有水準和風味，我最愛是芝麻雞，獨特而花功夫製作，雖然我唔知道如何將芝麻蓋滿雞皮，只知道這才是皮脆肉鮮滑，非常好味。黃金蠔好美味，外脆內多汁而且好大隻炸蠔。今年團年飯家人都好滿意，下次買隻外賣芝麻雞返屋企加餸。
