To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前一家人成日去山林道太湖食晚飯，最愛食佢地嘅芝麻雞同焗魚腸。雖然太湖已結業好耐，仍然好回味那種味道。朋友推介去土瓜灣喜滿樓食飯，喜出望外呢度都有芝麻雞同焗魚腸。焗魚腸限量供應，好彩仲有一份留比我哋食。我哋分別叫芝麻雞、古法焗魚腸、雞油炒豆苗、椒鹽白飯魚、水煮東星斑、臘味炒飯。整體味道出品好、價餞合理，值得推介。招牌芝麻雞係招牌菜，皮香脆肉鮮嫩，原來雞都可以黏上芝麻，再黏上芝麻醬有入口即溶的味道。古法焗魚腸味道一流沒有腥味，仲有陣陣果皮香。最驚喜係個臘味炒飯炒得乾身香口，仲以為食緊生炒糯米飯。好難比較味道，但呢度絕無去錯。
