To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去食大家樂係意外。因為原本想去食另一間餐廳,點知星期日夜晚唔開,甘岩check到既時候旁邊就有間大家樂,於是就入左去食。晚餐,係有唔少選擇既,不過上次伏完既我,唯有揀一個更保險既,更難伏既飯,就係焗豬扒飯。屋企人比較勇敢,見到有咩小鍋,於是就揀左個芫茜皮蛋小鍋(之類)。焗豬扒飯,果然唔伏,其實都好難伏,豬扒尚算鬆軟,蕃茄醬同芝士份量不算少,蛋炒飯底都有,總的來說是ok的。驚喜反而在屋企人喊既芫茜皮蛋小鍋,小鍋其實就是大碗少少既湯,而且裡面有埋料。我飲左一啖,味道很正路,好岩我口味,所以差唔多消滅左半鍋。唔錯,我幾鍾意。
