最近大圍美林冬菇亭開了間新食店,個名好搞鬼,叫「肉餅哥」,本身我地都成日食肉餅,兼且都係沙田友,所以點都要支持下。星期日lunch 時間,我們1點半左右到餐廳,地方都幾闊落,D枱坐滿晒但唔覺迫。我地4個叫左三個肉餅飯,好似煲仔飯咁,D肉餅同餸就鋪係面,下面可以揀白飯、菜飯或油飯。「足三兩花膠肉餅」其實係花膠同肉餅分開,D花膠好足料好大份,勁多汁,從未試過食咁大隻花膠,雖然貴,但抵晒。「龍蝦肉餅」賣相吸引,相當有創意,肉餅裏面混合了龍蝦肉,真係估你唔到。仲有個「蟹粉肉餅」,做法都係好特別,肉餅有蟹味。今日試過先知,原來肉餅可以係有咁多做法。另外再叫多個海皇雜菜煲,太多肉平衡返,個餐跟埋野飲。4個人平均每人也不用100便食到飽飽,假日不錯選擇。除此之外,佢地仲有好多好多肉餅選擇,有好立克、柚子、咖啡煉奶、鵝肝、鮑魚肉餅等,睇黎要去多幾次先可以試得晒。
