出咗嚟做野咁耐,好耐冇見過中學嘅豬朋狗友啦!今晚相約佢地嚟到中環蘇豪區嘅韓式意大利fusion餐廳。 店內約30個座位,加上昏暗嘅燈光,modern簡單,最啱同三五知己傾個不亦樂乎~ 見到枱枱必點 Carbonara Rice Cake諗住叫,點知賣晒,試唔到 🙁 由於有朋友遲到,叫主菜之前叫小食前菜食住先 =========================Homemade Chips $48蕃薯片、芋頭片,淋上honey garlic glaze,蜜糖味突出,冇乜蒜味。本身個人唔習慣甜甜嘅薯片,都係鹹味啱我啲😅 Marinated Tofu Salad $98除咗有 mixed salad,仲有豆腐、蘋果、蓮藕同埋蕃薯片,感覺幾清爽不過不失~ Korean Beef Yukhae Tartare with Sea Urchin $298本身未食過 beef tartare 嘅我,經朋友推介就半推半就試一試,見到紅紅嘅生肉有啲驚。因為用芝麻油調味,入口麻油搶focus;牛肉質感似硬身嘅吞拿魚,冇生肉預期嘅腥味;加埋海膽,放上薄脆米餅,鮮甜嘅感覺令我幾乎忘記咗食緊生肉 🐮Burrata
