To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有別其他大型連鎖店，店鋪形象好清新，吸引左我眼球去望。現場有店員安排試飲，確保口味係適合自己，唔會買左唔岩飲造成浪費。試左幾款，甜度相對少啲。市面普遍牌子有時候為了避左陣苦味，加左好多糖，超過每日攝取量 60%。講返今次我就買左兩支，清熱去濕茶同夏枯草，前者係鋪頭2大王牌之一，店員表示一樽已經有2劑份量，可以分到2次飲，$58蚊唔算貴。另外支夏枯草、基本涼茶鋪都會有，$28，正常發揮。整體依間分店店員服務很好，有耐性，你唔怕羞可以試到岩為此。
