聖誕節加上新年假期不斷嘅朋友聚餐活動,除咗放縱咗飲食,更疏懶咗運動,成個人即刻加碼,又係時候要控制一下了。今次跟朋友去咗試玩「Chill 輕食 300 kal 」運動堂,環境不錯,既可𠍁運動,更提供健康低Kal 輕食餐及蛋白飲品。現場有教練指導齊齊做運動,做咗幾組運動,即刻爆汗超爽。運動完試埋杯低Kal 蛋白杯《紫想你》,都幾飽肚。如果食餐可以隨時Walk in ,想做運動就要提前預約。如果想計劃減肥嘅朋友,亦可考慮參加為期12週 program ,包括運動堂及健康飲食指導,針對幫助更有效健立肌肉及優美線條。
