茶葉品牌 Tea WG ～每次經過IFC時都會看到，但卻一直未去過嚐嚐那裡的茶 (PД`q。) 沒想到首先嚐到，是在它和港麗酒店 Lobby Lounge 合作的 Tea Set~這也是我第一次在這酒店吃下午茶呢～落地玻璃讓日光能透進來，但如果坐在窗邊位置會有點曬 (簾子放不下來Weekend in Hong Kong Afternoon Tea Set ($518 for 2 / $318 per serve)一共有十三款鹹 & 甜點，另外亦有多款Tea WG 茶葉或是咖啡等可以選擇朋友選了 - Grand Wedding Tea這款茶會有水果的味道，而且也頗耐泡的喔～聞起來也很香！我選的那杯是 - Tea WG Weekend in Hong Kong Iced Tea這杯是綠茶，當中再加入蜜桃、薑汁啤酒～還添了檸檬汁、莓果和迷迭香喝起來很清爽 (′▽‘*) 檸檬汁還帶少許的香酸不止飲品提供了Tea WG 的茶，鹹甜點亦是配合時令食材～以茶入饌！頂層的 薄荷綠豆凍湯 - 味道太青，試一口已很醒神 Orz 和旁邊那 Hummus Roll 一樣黃色卷卷那個初看以為是蛋卷，再看才發現那

頂層的 薄荷綠豆凍湯 - 味道太青，試一口已很醒神 Orz 和旁邊那 Hummus Roll 一樣
黃色卷卷那個初看以為是蛋卷，再看才發現那是三文治來的耶 
另外還有蝦加了花瓣 (?) 的批 (ÒωÓױ) 這層～我覺得不是太合我的口味

中間的那層也是鹹點～ 烤番茄橄欖 那個有少許酸酸的
比較喜歡吃的是 - 香烤三文魚配青醬 & 法式洛林派 (煙肉、洋蔥)
當然還有Afternoon Tea Set 不能少的Scone ～除了原味款式外，還有加入葡萄的。
有頗濃的麵粉味道，配上果醬和奶油來吃不會太差

甜品則是在最底的一層！貌相比起鹹點始終吸引得多 
最吸引的是那杯 - Tea WG 花茶啫喱的雲呢拿藍莓意式奶凍
淡淡的花香加上香滑的奶凍～配合微酸的藍莓，甜度適中
另外還有加入了Rhubarb的 士多啤梨撻 和加了覆盆子的 巧克力蛋糕

馬卡龍不會很甜！以泡美芙上吉士醬更是使用鮮奶油混入香港週末之茶拌勻而成。
比起鹹點～我覺得這Tea Set 的甜點更討人歡心
